Café Panamericano is a family business that strives to offer to its customers an excellent coffee sustainably produced by small peasants in Latin America. All beans in our blends are produced by small-scale farmers organized by the Community Agroecology Network (CAN), a non-profit leader in the promotion of agroecology in Latin America that buy the coffee directly to the producers paying them better prices than middlemen. CAN also promotes agroecological farming practices that seek to contribute to the recovery and conservation of the health of our Mother Earth. Our taste and aroma is also result of a careful process of roasting and blending that follow the highest quality standards. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to the well-being of small coffee farmers in Latin America, the well-being of the families involved in the processing and sale of the coffee in the East Bay, and the well-being of consumers who can taste the good energy of our coffee while drinking sips of responsible consumption.
Come a taste our coffee Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM in Lowell and Grace Farmer’s Market in North Oakland. This is a Farmer’s Market launched by Phat Beets!
